1. Have bachelor educational degree or more senior degrees of science, engineering or correlative specialization.
2. Have well communication and expression competency in English.
3. Master rich knowledge of NTS service delivery and be able to communicate with operators from the network angle.
4. Be rich in passion, dare to receive the challenge and interest in growing business.
5. Have the organizational harmony competency spanning cultures I and processes. Be able to keep the well work relationship with surrounding departments (client line, products sale, service development).
6. Have well competency of organizational management and finanCial management of BU.
