Summary: A leading ICT company requires a MIS/IT manager to manage the IT policies and infrastructures for the company operations including LAN/WAN voice and data support for the countrywide offices.

He/She will be responsible for the design,implementation, integration and management of MIS System for the company.

This is very demanding and hands on position. The MIS/IT Manager will build and manage a small team of IT Help desk staff.

Description:

1. Manage the implementation, integration and support of MIS system including the Subscriber Management and Billing system. This includes translation of Business Process work-flows onto the system for automation of processes. Generate reporting templates for various departments form the MIS Systems. Support and Train end- users of the system.

2. Manage the LAN/WAN infrastructure for the countrywide offices. Create and administer overall IT policies for LAN user registration and security. Set up secure WAN network for offices using VPNs. Assist end user with IT support related issues for desk tops, laptops , printers and other network - based systems.

3. Manage the voice systems for the company including the country wide offices. Responsible for the maintenance of the Nortel IP PBX systems to support the call center.

4. Prepare budgets and financial request for IT purchases and manage the vendor relations for the ongoing support SLAs.

5. Continuously explore and adapt new systems and applications to enable more automation and efficiency in business processes.

Requirements:
• 5 year Experience managing IT/MIS teams preferred
• Bachelors degree in MIS/ Computer Science
• IT trouble shooting and problem solving
• Knowledge of IP PBX systems in Call Center setups
• Knowledge of WAN networks- Cisco certification a plus, VPN, Firewalls
• Demonstrated working knowledge of MIS systems(ERP, CRM) Data Base Administration and report generation
• Demonstrate working knowledge of systems integration protocols and application development -XML,C,VB
• Excellent Project management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
