Human Resources & Admin Officer
Reporting to H R & Admin Manager, key responsibilities will include:
* Participation in recruitment of staff
* Coordination of training programs
* Coordination of performance management
* Management of health and safety programmes
* Review of the HR policies and procedures
* Dutiful compliance with statutory requirements
* Management of office security and office services
* Management of administrative controls of procurement
* Management of company motor vehicles.
Qualifying Criteria
* Bachelors Degree ¡n a Business related field and a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management.
* At least 3 years relevant working experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office.
