Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the Brand ambassadors / merchandisers shall present,promote and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Responsibilities of the Role
- Establish and Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze market potential,track sales and status report.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs,problems,interests,competitive activities and potential for new products and services
Special Demands
- Premised on the industry, the bearer of this position may be called to work over the weekends and at odd hours
Person’s Specifications
- Proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Ability to build reproductive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing time management and organization skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Certificate in business or related field.
