To provide dedicated graphics support to the marketing & sales functions
To play an instrumental role in the development of the tone & feel of our brands & organisation
Principal Accountabilities

To provide fast & proactive service for the marketing & sales functions in graphic design & output ( current task list attached.
To proactively review our current design, tone & feel of our brands & organisation & suggest/recommend upgrades & improvements.
To develop an understanding of basic marketing & our categories in order to design appropriate graphics that meet the needs of all stake holders in the process.
To provide a service of equal quality to TF operation & act accordingly.
Problem Solving

Independent: Working to tight deadlines & prioritising work
Dependent: Directional issues between marketing & sales
Decision Making

Ordering supplies in order to carry out function is within the scope of the position.
Referral would take place should projects need prioritisation
Knowledge and Experience Required

Experience: 5 years Graphic design skills

Skills: PC & MAC literate

Preferred Skills: Good standard of education & excellent English skills

Further Comments

This role will play a key part in the development of our marketing function/service
An energetic, pragmatic person is required to operate under strict deadlines & will be required to work as required to get the job done.
Note :

This position is based in Mombasa hence successful applicants will be required to relocate.
