Tender for Staff Canteen Services at the IOM Westlands and Ngong Road Branches

International Organization for Migration, Kenya Regional Office is looking for a competent service provider to offer catering services for the next 1 year 1st September 2010 to end August 2011 with possibility of extension.

Expectations:

1. Cater for an average of 150 Staff Members
2. 100 to 150 Migrants
3. Staff parties and functions
4. Conferences

Requirements:

* An agreeable price list
* Food/snacks/beverages Menu
* Valid Medical Certificates for all persons handling food
* Valid Food and Beverage practicing license
* Ability to provide local and international cuisine.
* Supply own furniture where necessary.
* Provide at least 1 tent of average 25 to 30 meters square
* Capacity to prepare and deliver packed lunches
* A monthly service fee of KShs 20000.00

The Caterer, in accordance with IOM policy of equal treatment, must treat all staff, friends and Migrants at the canteen, equally. Services will only be on first come first served basis.

International Organization for Migration Staff Canteen Committee will inspect your premises to authenticate the above.
