CMC Motors Sales Manager Job in Kenya

CMC Motors Group, one of the largest provider of transport solutions in the East African Region, is looking for a Sales Manager for its operations in the Group.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be in charge of the following key responsibilities:

* Ensure the achievement of Group (Divisional) Sales targets.
* Conduct vehicle sales, demonstrations and ensure timely deliveries of all units.
* Oversee vehicle preparations, allocations and display.
* Frequently update the clients’ database.
* Handle customer complaints and conduct after sales follow-ups.
* Organize for financing for clients from banks.
* Monitor competitors and analyze the motor market.
* Monitor stock movement and conducts stock checks.
* Train and develops staff.
* Assist in debt collection.

Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualifications

* University degree in Business Administration or a related field of study.
* Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
