Sales & Marketing Manager Job in Nairobi Kenya

Job location: Nairobi

Our client, manufacturing and bottling mineral is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to actualize the company vision.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth to achieve company set objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
* Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
* Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
* Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
* Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as required.
* Conduct one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive’s sales and activity performance.
* Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Candidate Profile

* The ideal candidate should have prior Sales and Marketing experience in a similar environment and be looking for a management responsibility.
* Sales and Marketing Diploma/Degree from a reputable institution.
* Four (4) years sales experience of mineral water.
* Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
* Candidates with clean driving license and at least 4 years driving experience will have an added advantage.
