The Donkey Sanctuary Kenya is a newly formed subsidiary of The Donkey Sanctuary in the UK. We are currently restructuring the existing donkey welfare programmes based in Lamu and Nairobi and our small grants to other countries in East Africa, building better partnerships with communities and other stakeholders, and require a dynamic and committed individual to take
this process forward.
As Country Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing existing operations, working practices and staffing levels and managing the future operational structure and strategy of the Charity in East Africa.
