Graphic Systems (U) Ltd based in Uganda is a leading provider of printing services in East Africa.

We are seeking highly motivated and vibrant persons to fill the following vacancy.

Job Description - Marketing Officer

* To hold a portfolio of clients and manage all their requirements.
* Expeditiously process inquiries, ensure that quotations are prepared as agreed with the client
* Point of contact for customer complaints and pass on timely information to the relevant supervisor
* To achieve a targeted customer base.

Person Specification

* Ideally a holder of bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with a bias in Marketing as an added advantage.
* Demonstrable experience of working in a busy marketing department for a minimum of three to four years.
* The successful candidate should have the ability to work under minimum supervision, highly motivated, result oriented and customer focused, excellent organizational acumen, good logical and analytical command, evidently systematic and meticulous, good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

The Marketing Officer will report to the Marketing Manager.
