Inside Sales Representative

Job
Description: The incumbent
will manage incoming leads sourced from various marketing channels while
interacting with clients of all levels from the Lending and Leasing industries
across above territory.
He will also support senior sales representatives by assigning leads and subsequent follow-up with prospects with warm handoffs.
He/she
will learn and grow in a fast paced environment where you he/she will be
provided the tools, resources and outstanding leadership to deliver superior
performance and contribute to success of our organization.

- Qualifying prospects
- Creating opportunities
- Closing deals
- Performing software demos
- Partner with our experienced Account Executives to help build their sales pipelines
- Achieve monthly target of sourced qualified opportunities
Compensation: Base salary + commission, 2 week
vacation.

- Bachelor's Degree +
- High energy and positive attitude
- 1-2 Years of corporate experience
- Strong desire to be in technology sales
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Software sales and financial services experience is a plus
- Prior inside sales experience a plus
- Experience being held to metrics a plus
