The sales executive will be responsible for:

- Creating opportunities
- Qualifying prospects
- Performing software demos
- Closing deals
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree +
Required Skills and Experience;
- 6 to 8 years documented SaaS software sales experience and success
- Software sales, preferably in financial services industry
- Indepth knowledge of lending and lending operations
- Ability to manage a territory and pipeline
- Ability to conduct level one demos
- Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
- Ability to make a solid ROI case to prospects based on the specifics of their business
- Lending or banking experience is a plus
- Miller Heiman Strategic Selling knowledge is a plus
- Disciplined use of the company CRM is must
Prior Experience with Loan
management software companies such as Nucleus, Nortridge, Temenos, Dominion,
IDS, InfoLease, Lease Team, Megasys, Fiserv, Jack Henry, FIS, and
Salesforce.com is a plus.
The ideal
candidate has a strong understanding of loan origination, underwriting,
servicing and collections.
Some travel
is required and it will be mostly travel within the territory and travel for
trade shows.
