We are a leading Soft Drink Manufacturing Company based in Mombasa having the franchise rights for the Coast Province from the Coca-Cola Company.

We are looking for self driven exceptional Individuals filled with ambition, right attitude and relevant skills to take up the following positions.

1 . Sales Managers

The role is critical in developing and driving the Company’s trade strategy and operational excellence.

The successful candidate should be:

* A University graduate with a bias in a business related degree from a recognized university.
* Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing function in a FMCG
* The individual would be expected to develop and execute Sales & Marketing,
* Be able to develop Business Plans, achieve and surpass the set sales targets
* Will be required to Manage distributors and the distribution network
* Should also have strong interpersonal skills
* Must be extremely self-motivated coupled with a proven track record.
* Proven track record of effective People Management and knowledge of how to coach others and develop skills.

2. Sales Supervisors

The interested individual should be ready work in any area within the Coastal Region

The successful candidate:-

* Must be a graduate from a recognized university, with a bias in business related field.
* Should have some years of working experience in a FMCG industry.
* Must possess at a clean & valid driving license with 2 years driving experience
* Should be able to provide effective leadership to the existing sales team
* Must be able to provide excellent service to customers and maximize sales volume
* Should be able to achieve set sales targets.
* Has to be self-motivated, creative and an enthusiastic team player

3. Sales Representatives

* The interested candidate should be self motivated
* Must possess a Diploma/Certificate in Sales and Marketing
* Should have at least 3 years working experience in a FMCG industry,
* Good grades in ‘O’ level
* Be able to deliver results in a competitive market place
* Be able to achieve the set Sales targets consistently.

4. Storekeeper

* The candidate is expected to be one of high morals and honest
* The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Supplies and Stores management, good grades in ‘O’level; an accounting knowledge would be an added advantage.

5. Accountants/Accounts Clerks

The ideal candidate(s) would be expected to provide timely and accurate Accounts related information, effective control of sub ledgers and generate quality information.

The ideal candidate should have at least CPA qualifications with excellent computer skills, an exposure to TALLY or other ERP package would be a distinct advantage.

6. Quality System Administrator

The candidate should be an analytical person and one of good judgment, creative and innovative.

Should at least be a HND in Chemistry or Food science holder from a recognized university. Those with OSHA knowledge and some hands on experience would have added advantage

7. Human Resources Officer

* Should have knowledge in human resource management principles and practices, the collective bargaining agreement rules and regulations in force.
* Knowledge in Industrial laws, court procedures and legal codes, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.
* Must be computer literate.

8. Security Officer

* The ideal candidate should be well versed with Kenyan Laws
* At least 35 years of age, and free from felony as well as misdemeanor convictions
* Should be an ex officer, but must not have been dishonorably discharged from Kenyan military service or Police force, and not a fugitive from justice.
* Should not be a drug-abuser, drug addict or drug dependent person.
